After completing a history degree at Portsmouth Uni, a one-way ticket to Asia, and a few too many detours, Mike landed in Australia and found his calling in tech recruitment. He started with a boutique IT firm, cutting his teeth in Testing before moving into DevOps and Cloud. Built teams from scratch, hit multiple incentive trips, earned a Future Leader nomination, and worked his way up to Director. In 2021, he co-founded Change Recruitment, a specialist agency focused on enterprise technology. Five years on, Change has become a trusted name in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce hiring space, known for doing things the right way. Mike's approach is simple: genuine relationships, straight-talking advice, and a focus on outcomes that actually stick.
