Founded by recruiters who wanted more
We started Change because we saw too many talented people frustrated by recruiters who didn't understand their work. Engineers getting calls about irrelevant roles. Hiring managers drowning in unsuitable CVs. Good candidates ghosted mid-process.
We knew there was a better way. So we built a team of specialists who genuinely understand the Australian tech ecosystem, the companies, the technologies, the career paths, and the people.
