Dayforce GL specialist

Bring your Dayforce GL expertise to a growing practice that's adding headcount fast and putting experienced consultants in front of major clients.

Role details

Bring your Dayforce GL expertise to a growing practice that's adding headcount fast and putting experienced consultants in front of major clients.

You'll work as the functional lead on Dayforce General Ledger across the full project lifecycle, from design and configuration through to go-live and beyond. You'll guide clients and internal teams through GL solution design, resolve complex functional challenges, and present proposals to senior stakeholders at every stage of a project.

The team splits time between client sites and remote work, so you get genuine variety in where and how you work. You won't be siloed on one account forever. The practice is growing quickly, which means you'll move across different clients and industries, building your Dayforce knowledge across a wide range of environments.

Beyond the client work, you'll have a real say in how the Dayforce practice develops. There's structured mentoring and a clear career progression framework, so you're not left guessing what the next step looks like. The team invests in training, and there's a genuine expectation that consultants progress into senior and leadership roles over time. If you want to build something rather than just deliver it, this is the kind of practice where that's actually possible.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client and internal discussions on Dayforce GL design, configuration, and testing across the full project lifecycle.
  • Present functional solution proposals and best practice recommendations to senior client and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and propose solutions across the Dayforce GL and broader workforce management solution landscape.
  • Resolve functional design challenges and provide expert guidance to keep programs on track.

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on Dayforce GL expertise, including working knowledge of scheduling and timesheet modules.
  • Clear understanding of how Dayforce functional capabilities map to real client business requirements.
  • Experience advising or presenting to senior stakeholders across design, configuration, and testing phases.

The practice is growing fast, with a strong pipeline of enterprise clients and a clear focus on developing its people.
