AWS platform engineering meets GenAI in production, Melbourne preferred, Sydney considered.

You'll build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure while supporting the deployment of Generative and Agentic AI workloads. Day-to-day that means CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerised environments on EKS, and working directly with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore to get AI solutions into production.

The team works across a modern AWS-native stack. Terraform and CloudFormation for IaC, GitHub Actions or similar for pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes for containerised workloads. You'll have real ownership of the platform side, not just tickets to close.

This is a consultancy environment, so you'll move across different projects and client contexts. That breadth is genuinely useful if you want exposure to how different organisations are approaching the shift to GenAI at the infrastructure level. Observability experience across Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty is handy but won't make or break your application. The team is more interested in your AWS foundations and your curiosity about where AI workloads are heading.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain secure AWS infrastructure and manage environments through Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  • Support containerised workloads on Docker and Kubernetes within AWS and EKS environments.
  • Work with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore to deploy GenAI and Agentic AI workloads into production.

What You'll Need

  • Solid hands-on AWS experience across core cloud services, IAM and cloud security practices.
  • Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience, ideally within AWS/EKS.
  • Scripting ability in Python, Bash or Go, and some familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or AgentCore.
