You provide us with a budget that allows for contractor rate, payroll tax, insurance and margin and we will ensure that we work within that, to find you the best person for the role or project. We will invoice the total fee monthly based on submitted and approved time sheets. We pay the contractors, and ensure they have all appropriate insurance & relevant working rights.
If you would rather payroll the contractors yourself we can set up an agreement where we only invoice you an agreed margin for the time worked.
We will agree on a fixed % of the contractor's daily rate upfront. We will invoice the total fee monthly based on submitted and approved time sheets. We pay the contractors and ensure they have all appropriate insurance & relevant working rights.
