Where was your favourite holiday ever and what was your favourite memory from that holiday?

I spent 3 months travelling Asia – From bathing elephants in Thailand to the busy streets of Vietnam and the stunning beaches of the Philippines, it’s hard to pick a favourite moment but I loved exploring different cultures, trying out the gorgeous food and of course the local beers.

What do you get up to when you’re not Recruiting?

Moving apartments – LOL – I love to spend time with my friends, whether it be chilling on the beach followed by a few cocktails or taking to Sydney coastal walks.

What do you like most about working at Change Recruitment?

I love my work colleagues! We have such a great, supportive team and I look forward to going into the office each day. I also love when a candidate is super exited about an opportunity and how grateful they are when they secure the role they’ve been dreaming about.

If someone was considering a role in recruitment, what advice would you give them?

Ask as many questions as possible and listen to your peers, they know what they’re talking about! It can be a tough job at times but if you show up with a positive attitude and fun energy, it’ll make such a difference to your day.  

What’s the best experience you’ve had with us thus far?

We had a Hunter Valley incentive trip where we received weekly updates on how close we were to hitting the target. Achieving the target ahead of time and securing my place on the trip was super exciting! Putting in the hard work, then unwinding for the weekend for a whole lot of fun with some delicious wine was amazing.      

What’s a fun fact that most people wouldn’t know about you?

I never sit down on public toilets and I was born in an Alpha Romeo!
