Hi! I’m Serena from Dublin, Ireland. I came to Australia in 2023 (only planned to stay for a year!) and soon realised I wanted to make it my home for the foreseeable.
I work across the professional services desk at Change which consists of Tax, Audit, Accounting and Risk across both the Sydney & Perth Market.
The best thing for me about recruitment is the impact you can have on people’s lives. I’m a people person and it feels extremely rewarding when you help a candidate find their dream role or a client find their perfect candidate. I enjoy talking to different people everyday and building strong long-term relationships with them whilst also gaining valuable market knowledge across both public practice and Industry firms.
In my spare time, I’m usually playing football (Soccer), Training at Altitude or enjoying an Aperol with friends!
